Zoom Whitening Returns…….

We are delighted to announce that our very popular Zoom in-surgery tooth whitening system is now fully available once more following new legislation from the GDC which makes it illegal for anyone other than a dental health professional to carry out the procedure.

If you are interested in having your teeth whitened do have a chat with your dentist and if you are a suitable candidate you will be referred to Jackie.

The current cost for the in-surgery procedure which includes a bespoke home maintenance kit (which you would use for a couple of hours once or twice a year maximum) is £375

More 3 Peaks Training

Some of us participated in a 3 hour Aerobathon in Okehampton on Saturday 27th January (it was to raise money for Devon Air Ambulance and organised by the Rosemary Conley group).

It was great fun as you can see from the pics!

there were about 200 people taking part and we raised over £1500 for Devon Air Ambulance – Phew!

3 PEAKS TRAINING

Our first 3 peaks training session took place on Sunday 20th January.  We walked from the Army Camp in Okehampton to Yes Tor and High Willhays in Bitter Bitter cold as you can see from these pics!

3 PEAKS MOUNTAIN CHALLENGE

We have decided to do the 3 Peaks Mountain Challenge to raise money for Devon Air Ambulance! 

The Challenge involves climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon (that’s the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales) – all within 24 hours!!!!!

Serious training starts now as we are scheduled to complete the event over the weekend of 18th and 19th May 2013. Our team consists of Simon, Jackie, Tam, Zoe, Sandra and Sam.  We are going with a professional guide who will arrange our transport between the mountains and ensure we take the correct routes on each mountain safely and we have all paid our own expenses so every penny we raise via sponsorship will go to Devon Air Ambulance.

NEWS FOR 2013

After much discussion we have decided to do the 3 peaks challenge and we are asking everyone who knows us – patients, non-patients, suppliers, family and friends to dig deep in their pockets to sponsor us!  We are raising money for Devon Air Ambulance in 2013.

If you don’t know already,  this challenge is all about climbing the 3 highest mountains in the UK within a 24 hour period – that’s Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in Cumbria and Snowdon in Wales.  YIKES!!

So our training starts in January – Simon, Jackie, Tam, Sandra and Zoe are our intrepid team and  will be joined by Sam Hill who left the practice a couple of years ago to have a baby but is keen to be a part of this amazing trip.

Sponsorship forms and a ‘justgiving’ page will all be available in the New Year.  In the meantime we will relax a bit and not worry about training over the Christmas period!!
